Unfortunately my experience with Tiipii Bed is not the best:”. In short still don’t have my goods and costumer service is close to non excising. Purchased last Sunday 5 April 2020. The website clearly stated that new stock arrived 1st week of April so though it would be dispatched on the week of the 6th April. Tried to call the number on website - no answer. Send and email from their form on their website- no answer. So in a desperate attempt I send them a DM via Instagram whit h was answered to but than again no more answeres. So I contacted PayPal to open a dispute. Suddenly an answer back on Instagram. Finally on Wednesday 8th April customer service touches base with me saying my order was processed, checked and ready for dispatch that week. Being skeptical I asked if that meant it would be send before Friday- hold and behold no it didn’t. Got another email saying sorry it won’t as due to covid warehouse has restriction and it will be send early the following week- even though he had just written saying it was ready and would be shipped! I wrote Tuesday 14 April (as Monday was Easter) and still empty promises and no goods shipped. When spending hundreds or thousands of £ with a company this is absolutely disgraceful and really appalling. The worst part, the company doesn’t even seem to care...
