I had to rent out my home due to a long-term work assignment abroad. Since I still had an active mortgage, I decided to work with a service provider. Initially, their service appeared to be professional and responsive, but everything changed once my property was rented out and they received the deposit and fee. From that moment, they ceased answering phone calls and emails completely. It has now been three months since the tenants moved out, yet the service is still holding onto the security deposit and not responding to my calls. What’s even more troubling is that this isn’t the first occurrence of such behavior. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
