Recently won £18,000 on the 25th Feb, after depositing quite a lot of times. I have tried to withdraw the amount I won but firstly, I couldn’t do that, I can apparently only withdraw £800 per day, with a maximum of three pending withdrawals. Made my first withdrawal (after figuring this out) on the 26th Feb, I still have no withdrawals processed. I am still waiting. I have contacted live chat several times a day, emailed customer support lots of times and the same generic response of ‘sorry about the delay we have urged our financial team to push this matter’ I ask can I speak to a manager or somebody in charge to be told email support to speak to a manager (as stated I have already done that) and am greeted with the same response of ‘sorry for the delay I have spoken to our financial department who will act on this’ Really disappointed as this is the first time I have ever won and I really enjoyed playing on this site. Can anybody advise if there is a legal route I can take to get the money? Thankyou
