I dont even want to give it 1 star. Won £350 and withdrew on the 13th oct. Still not received it keep coming up with predicted text on live chat. Sent over 50 emails and not 1 reply. Sent my bank statement to prove I havent had it. And yet same crap off them. Gave me a dodgy ARN that my bank can't trace. It's under review they keep saying and you will be notified by email. Even threatened them with action fraud and still nothing
