I have won £800 and they keep saying my bank keeps refusing payment, i have a santander and monzo accounts so I tried both banks to make the request off my withdrawal, and off course the money was returned to my casino account. So I rang both banks and they both said no payment has been tried to be made. So tikitaka have lied this has been going on for 2 weeks now. Am going to give them one last chance before I report them ive never had a problem before. Tried emailing them with no luck and tried talking to customer services its like banging my head on a brick wall. Stay well clear off this site they are scamers. Update.
