Company have no money for buying few meter cable No internet since 8th Aug. Engineer visited on 10th, never informed company cable change was needed — I had to report it on 12th. Despite repeated complaints, no action.Engineer demanded ₹1000 to change the cable immediately; when I refused, he said, “Ok, now I’ll see who changes it.” Management never checks if engineers visit or if issues are resolved — they just close complaints after 2 days.They don’t even have money for a few meters of cable. New customers get service instantly, existing ones are ignored. No replies to emails or WhatsApp. Pure negligence, arrogance, and corruption. Avoid at all costs.
