I took Tikona connection and paid for 6 months, after some time i faced issue and than i asked them to disconnect the connection. i emailed them more than 20 times and register my connection close request 20+ times. each time on call they accept after 2-3 days again they start following me up for payment. and i again have to register request and email them for same. this happen multiple time and they simply keep doing same. i raised this issue to their higher authority but story remains same for me. i fade up and left the topic. now after few months i got an email as warning to pay else they will take legal action. Thats pathetic and ridiculous experience. Thats the hike of a company.i never recommend this company for any kind of business and even would recommend any service associate with this company. As at root of this company pathetic & FAKE.
