I ordered a number of items from tick tick, the one item apparently was delivered but it was not delivered I have been emailing them all week and also informed them my cameras proof the item was not delivered to my home, but with ignorance have continued to tell me it was. I am not blind, have cameras to proof this but again yesterday they emailed me to say it was delivered, I am also of work so don’t think I would miss my door knocking. As a final result I have written anywhere/everywhere to highlight this but I feel treated in an acceptable manner and ignorance. I would like to suggest not purchasing from this site unless you are happy with loosing money. I have requested my order to be cancelled immediately I rather spend my money somewhere trustworthy.
