I had order a dress and turquoise jewelry at the beginning of the month 2/4/26. Even the tracking number stated it didn’t leave the facility. I contacted customer service demanding they cancel the order and give a full refund because it was close to $90 total including shipping. Jump to after I sent the email the next day it was at my door. Yet the tracking number still said didn’t leave facility. Anyways the items delivered pretty much is a more expensive SHEIN. The material for the dress extremely poor. The boobie pads are not large enough. The jewelry feels cheap. Of course can’t figure out how to return the items. Shame on my for liking something I thought was pretty.
