None existent customer service. Gave it one star cause can't give lower.So the date of this experience is July 30th but I have been dealing with this since July 18th. There is no phone number for tilda, you have to do it by email. You submit an email and wait 24 hours for a response. Then when you get the response you see that it doesn't answer your question so then you have to resubmit your question and wait another 24 hours all to find out they still don't answer the question. I don't know if they use AI to answer or if the support are complete idoits, but they can't answer a question to save their lives.
