When I noticed I was also overcharged by $14, I immediately contacted them. Contacted them for a remedy and its a constant wheel of click on a customer svc link that gets no where. Dont be duped by this company! Womdering if I should report them to the FTC because it looks like they are mispresenting a brand airessentials which is sold by Spanx. I wont even get into the insinuation of an Oprah image caricature review of the product.
