Awful experience, I attempted to change delivery address and was told that all was confirmed. They then called me to confirm I could have it rerouted to original address so I left work (1 hour drive) to be called again once i'd reached home, to be told they were not able to deliver and would reschedule for Monday. Due to work commitments, I arranged it to be delivered to an alternative address and they still weren't capable of that either and attempted to reschedule with me again. No consideration for people's time and obvious work commitments. Fully refund requested, will not be using Tile360 again.

Several tiles in the pack were chipped, and two teams of workers encountered difficulties cutting them. When I reported this, the service claimed no one else had raised these concerns. The numerous reviews confirm that this is a widespread problem. Experts also noted that the porcelain layer was too thin, which likely contributed to the chipping.
It's no surprise to see yet another dissatisfied customer. To keep it brief, the service misrepresents their tile sizes. When I contacted support about this, they acknowledged that they list products with incorrect specifications. It's clear they are untrustworthy and have been reported to various authorities for failing to address these issues.
The delivery was quick, and the tiles are of really nice quality with vibrant colors! I ordered several samples before making my purchase, and they too arrived promptly in sturdy packaging. I conduct thorough testing on tiles to ensure their long-term reliability before making significant purchases, and all my samples performed well against scratching and impact. This made my decision a bit more challenging. For those interested, I noticed that most samples were labeled as "made in Spain." Would I order again? Absolutely, I would confidently choose this service.
