We ordered 11 boxes as told by our tilers once he measured up. Spoke to a rude and abrupt lady by the name of Katie who has been a nightmare to deal with. The tiles arrived promptly however only 10 boxes. Tried calling them to get answers, didn't answer. Followed up with an email and didn't get back to me. We couldn't wait around as our tilers had other jobs and only had the one weekend to do ours. We then had to search for our tiles and purchased a box for the tilers to complete the job. I then wrote another email a week after and Katie finally responded. They said they were NOT going to give me a refund for my missing box and basically took our money. They had every excuse under the sun. Absolutely shocked at this service. In the process of contacting trading standards. Stay away from them!
