We bought a property with Tilia around August 2024 and moved in October 2024. Beth (Development Sales Executive) was amazing from beginning to end, very polite and could answer any questions we had; even now, she is more than happy to answer any questions / queries we have, or point us in the right direction. We did have a snag list however, who doesn’t, it’s a new build property and we’re the first people to live in it, there’s always going to be some problems. We had Robert (Customer Service Operative) visit the property today, and he has completed the majority of what was on the list plus a few more things we found. Robert was extremely polite, no question or job was too much trouble, he was very good and we can’t thank him enough!
