Ellie at Tilia was amazing, always quick to solve any problems that arise and is very helpful and knowledgeable, she made the transition in moving house extremely easy for us and nothing was too much trouble, which is always amazing in these situations! Adrian the site manager is also really helpful and can’t do enough for you and happy to solve any issues that arise!
