We are 2 years into our ownership of a Tilia new build and (without tempting fate) we have had very few issues. Anything that has arisen was mostly cosmetic and dealt with swiftly and professionally with little disturbance. The most recent issues, attended by Craig Cumper and organised by Allie Burgess, were resolved within a couple of weeks of raising them and are now as good as new.We had heard the usual concerns about buying new builds but can't say that we have experienced any of them with Tilia and our home.
