Awful company, we have spent a lot of money to buy a house from these people and they can’t even answer the customer service phone or emails after trying and trying for months and months, the times I have got through to them on the phone which is barely any they come back and say we will log this and someone will get back to you, do they ever get back to you no! Once you’ve paid for the house that’s all they care about as soon as the sales person did the handover fobbed straight off and then the customer service is absolutely shocking!
