From the chaotic completion process, we should have known better. One year into the property, snags take months to resolve but only if you chase. Its almost like they ignore it to see if it will go away.Purchasing a new build, we were never naive to “snags” and expected some, however the issues we have faced go beyond simple snags and are just a sign of negligent building.We were promised aftercare and have had nothing of the sort! In fact, between customer service and the site manager, they just string you along, avoid you and are less than honest. They’ve got their money so could care less now. A complaint raised in September 2024 has still not been dealt, very clearly not in line with their own complaints policy yet no acknowledgement.
