Moved into my home all great, then before Easter I get one day notice that they are digging up my drive to sort the drains out for the next phase of building. 9 weeks later my drive is still part of the building site and I have no access to it! Tilia have no care, they cannot give me any answers as to when it will be fixed or deal the issues I have presented to them! The contractors are not interested and do as they wish damaging fences and gardens with their heavy duty machinery, they don’t even acknowledge weekend working rules and have stone cutters, excavators and diggers running in a residential area at 7am on a Sunday morning with the addition of foul language and radios blaring.A company who has no duty of care!
