I would strongly suggest you think carefully about purchasing from this builder. After almost two years of battling for issues to be corrected the facts are clear. We have a wall in our garden wrongly constructed. Northern service team still have not arranged any dates to address issue. The service staff tell me their managers details to contact the relevant person are unavailable due to data protection. The manager also has not contacted ourselves, total lack of professionalism. I have never had a company that you are not able to speak to a manager.There are other ongoing issues not addressed which have left us distressed. They disregard us, my health has been affected and they really have no care,If Tilia made management contact possible, so many issues could have been resolved. We wrote to directors, but very sadly no response. Their service team is poor, all we ever get told is she is dealing with it.
