Tilia are the worse builders we have ever experienced. The sales staff gossip about residents to other residents , they still haven’t finished our snagging after 3 years. They lie, and the development around Landimore Park is a disgrace .Other developments in Northampton are immaculate with grass verges and the landscape well maintained . If you drive around the Willows and the Knolls development it is appalling and full of weeds.We are now taking this to the ombudsman and new homes ombudsman.
