Very poor service, been emailing and attempting to get in contact since 2019 (when I completed my purchase of the home when it was Kier homes). I sent and raised a formal complaint to the east team in July and haven’t had any acknowledgment back. I wouldn’t ever reccomend them as a company to buy from, the service is poor, many more house builders to choose from (ashwood, bellway, Allison homes etc) Tillia if you see this, please respond to my complaint.
