Had a bow in the master bedroom floor which tilia refused to rectify so it has cost me over £500 to employ a carpenter and carpet fitter to resolve,The floor was actually a snapped board that had been stuck together with expanding foam and wasn't attached to a joist, yet again another bodge done by tilia homes, just on our home that's approximately 97 issues on a house that cost almost half a million pounds to purchase and these cowboys really don't give a damn, avoid anything to do with tilia homes or risk being ripped off,If I could share pics on here I would
