Tilia Homes was our choice of developers because of the type of design that was on offer. We had been very patient with 4 date changes from April - September. Once Jo the Customer Service Director got involved in July everything became more coordinated and communication much improved. 5 stars are allocated in the greatest part to Mark who was allocated as our “Handyman” but so much more. I’ve never come across such a professional perfectionist who worked efficiently and with ease, so many important jobs took him 1/2 day, I made him stop for a break, totally impossible for us to complete anything like that standard, ever. Eternally memorable, Mark has left his mark and, we are in awe and very grateful. Thank you
