I would give zero stars if I could! Took way too long to deliver and eventually arrived whilst we were on holiday and too late to return the item as outside 30 days from the date of order. We contacted Tilley who just quoted their website to us and couldn’t have been less helpful. Appreciate we didn’t read the small print but surely returns allowed 28 days from the date of delivery would be more appropriate.
