The worst experience I’ve ever had in Europe. 440 euros spent and no customer service to answer properly my calls and give me information about my order. An entire week delay and I’m waiting without receiving any email or call or any form of respect. In Italy, they use UPS service for delivery which is not safe at all for the products. Such a shame that a brand like this is mistreating customers without any consequences. Never again Timberland!
