I ordered 3 pairs of boots online and they didn’t fit. Like so many others I’ve tried to initiate their online returns process and the reference number isn’t recognised. Instead I’m directed to sign up to a mailing list. I’ve tried the online chat but it’s set up in such a way you can’t even see what message you’re typing. I tried calling and was kept on hold for twenty minutes before an automated message tells you there are technical problems and simply cuts you off. I’ve also sent an email but haven’t received any response. Does anyone have any advice as to how they got their order refunded? Wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered as this whole thing smacks of a scam. I expected far better from a so called reputable company like timberland. If anyone from their company is reading these reviews perhaps you’d like to reach out to the customers you’re deceiving and adhere to their consumer rights. When companies behave like this it’s incredibly costly and time consuming for the customer who just wants to be treated fairly and properly.
