I ordered a pair of boots, but the order wasn’t processed for a few days. After emailing customer service, they finally processed the order. Then YODEL lost the item I purchased. I had to chase both YODEL and TIMBERLAND separately, as reaching out and talking to customer service seemed nearly impossible. Despite their promises, they provided no updates on my order. Eventually, YODEL confirmed the item was lost and advised me to contact TIMBERLAND. After hours of trying, I managed to speak with an assistant who promised to resolve the issue and said they would send a confirmation email. However, I never received anything. I invested in the boots, was charged, and now I have no boots and no refund. How long is one expected to wait? Unacceptable. It’s disappointing to see such an incompetent team and system from such a reputable, expensive brand.Just an update: after multiple attempts to contact YODEL and TIMBERLAND, the refund has now been processed.
