Back in June of this year I contacted your company regarding issues with my original shutters.I spoke directly with several of you (Sheldon, Nick, Dalton, Ben) and received the best customer service from all of you. Your genuine concerns regarding the 15-year-old shutters on my historic home was very real and your knowledge and experience with your line of shutters was very comforting to me. After we sent you photos of our deteriorating shutters and you all consulted with your in-house team of advisors, it was determined that the best solution was to replace ten of the eleven pairs of the original shutters at no charge to me.
