We chose Timber to replace most of our sash windows in our late victorian house and a new front door. We were anticipating significant upheaval and mess. However, the installers turned up on time, worked quickly and left no mess or damage. There were a few issues with the initial installation: some gaskets needed replacing to make some of the windows close properly but this was done without fuss and, again, to the indicated timescales.The windows and the door are great, and have maintained the house's appearance. The door has enhanced it.
