We have previously used this company for windows and were very satisfied. However, our recent choice of front door has been disappointing. The door is delicate, easily scratched, and the paint chips off easily. The frame seems particularly vulnerable. Even after just a few months, it shows signs of wear from everyday items. We've had more affordable doors in the past that held up better. After reaching out to the company, they seem to believe this is normal for their doors, and do not acknowledge any potential issues with the coating. While the doors look beautiful, they require constant maintenance. Had we known about their fragility, we would not have purchased.
