Jack Cowan came out initially really quickly, met me at the property and took great care in explaining his findings and was very thorough in his survey of the property. Jack confirmed there was no dry rot and a much less serious issue was in fact the cause, saving the client a lot of money and stress. The client went ahead with the works and the technician Ricky came out and carried out the works, leaving the property clean and tidy, with particular care to match the original feature skirting boards perfectly. I would highly recommend Timberwise and will be my first port of call in the future.
