This is the worst internet connection ever.We have opted for this connection months back and it works for just about 10 days in a month and in the other days we just have to request to make our internet connection working.The worst customer care people ,they don't have any reliable support.Each time they have the excuse that the their executive forgot to resolve the issue.They don't even arrange a call to their senior executive to understand the issue.From past 10 days I have been complaining about my internet and all they say is that they tried to call on this number but the person dint pick the call . While to pay the bill on the second day of the month, they keep on calling on all our numbers to pay the bill.I have called them 100 times and still they say that technician and will come and solve this.And I think he lives on Mars that he is not able to reach to our home from past 10 days.Please don't dont don't lose your hard earned money by opting such internet.
