Positives: (1) The company offered the best price—£75–£100 lower than competitors; (2) I was able to select the delivery date, making it convenient to be home for the arrival. Negatives: (1) The delivery lead time was a bit longer than other sellers (possibly due to the holiday season); (2) The assembly instructions were divided into four separate sets, which was somewhat confusing and contained a few minor errors or missing steps; (3) Some small hardware stripped easily, and no extras were provided. Overall: Very satisfied with the purchase, and my child loves the new arrangement.
