My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing.

My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing from beginning to end. They clearly do not value their customers. I placed an order for my bed on 16 December 2025, with a promised delivery date of 9 January 2026. I received a notification from the courier with a time slot of 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
No delivery occurred. No calls, no messages, nothing. Then I got another delivery notification for Sunday, again from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
Once more, no one showed up. This level of incompetence is unbelievable. It gets worse. The delivery driver called me, identified himself as from the courier service, and immediately hung up. I attempted to call back over 20 times without any response. When I called from a different number, the driver answered and began to verbally abuse me, calling me a “f***ing idiot.” This is completely unacceptable — I have a recording of that call as evidence. Additionally, the driver started asking for irrelevant personal information, which made me feel very uneasy and concerned about potential fraud and data security. Later, I was contacted by a representative from the courier’s head office, who stated they never received the item from the company. However, another representative from the company insisted the bed had already been handed over to the courier.
Clearly, both parties are disorganized, dishonest, or utterly clueless, leaving the customer caught in between. After wasting days on missed deliveries, abuse, and dishonesty, I finally requested a refund. Shockingly, I was informed it would take ANOTHER 10 DAYS to receive my money back.
So not only do they fail to deliver, but they also hold your money hostage while showing zero concern or urgency. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever faced. Poor communication, disgraceful delivery partners, rude and abusive staff, and absolutely no accountability. ⚠️ AVOID THIS COMPANY.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, steer clear. Consider spending your money with a more professional retailer or literally anywhere else. Truly appalling. Never again.
