I placed an order for a ring on September 25th with a promise of shipping in about 6 days. Now it's October 22nd, and after contacting the company twice, I've only received vague responses about a case being opened. My tracking now indicates the ring won’t arrive until November 4th. This feels like a scam. Be careful!
