My son ordered a hoodie with his Apple Pay, mid October and since early November has messaged several times and gets the same automated (crap) response that it’s too late for a refund and absolutely no information on processing, shipping, etc. He keeps being told “it’s a pre order it takes more time”… that was (maybe) an acceptable response the first few weeks but two months later - absolutely unacceptable. A pre-order implies there will be some date provided on when said pre-orders will be processed. And to deny a refund based on date of order (two month ago) that has not been shipped - nope!I will be escalating this; I’m not letting it go. This company needs a lesson in customer service and is about to get blown up on social media (not in the good way). Do not order from them!
