Very disappointed - ordered Nov 20th figured lots of time for Christmas arrival, no updates no shipping info - nothing. When following up told they cannot cancel or refund, store credit only --- if the one thing I ordered doesn't show up, why would I ever order anything else? too bad because my son gave me a list of a few other items to order -- but absolutely not. It is unacceptable to take an order, not deliver it and then refuse a refund. I will be escalating further. Absolutely unacceptable - do not recommend ordering from this "company" .... seems like a scam to me.EDIT -- package arrived today, thankfully before Christmas - that said, I am still questioning the refund policy, if something doesn't arrive you shouldn't be stuck with a store credit.
