I WILL NEVER order from here again. I wish that I could give a -5 stats. I bought 2 sets for my sons for Christmas. I ordered Nov 15 thinking that I would receive the items in a timely fashion and beat the Christmas rush. But from what I'm seeing on here. That wouldn't even matter. This is not how you run a company. And even when i contacted them they keep giving me excuses and telling me that I can't get a refund. They don't communicate delays and their shipping policy is bull. If my items don't come before Christmas then I will have to escalate this. I'm not a teenager like the customers they have, I'm a very grown adult and I know other ways to get a refund of I don't get my items within the next few days. It will be a disappointment for my kids but I don't like playing these games. And it's sad because I was thinking of ordering more, but not with this unprofessional manner in which they are handling their business. Their shipping process should have been adjusted for the holiday rush. Get it together or just shut it all down and work through your issues. A lot of people in here are spending a lot of money during a recession and this inconvenience is inappropriate.
