If I could give zero stars, I would. Order placed on 2/12/26 and still haven’t received this order. Have sent several messages with the first response being that a surge in orders has caused the delay, but that they were expecting their shipment to arrive within a few weeks and would ship it immediately. Then we get an email stating a shipment number was created, but no movement. We wait TWO WEEKS just to see if it starts to move, and nothing. Customer service keeps saying they are waiting for the carrier to pick up the shipment, and keeps deferring back to their excuse of a surge in orders. I have requested a refund and for the order to be cancelled several times, and they offer a code for ordering something with a discount. Why would I order something ELSE if your company is an absolute scam? Look at all these negative reviews where you keep giving customers the same exact excuse for months about surges in orders and customers not receiving their order. I urge everyone to report their transactions to their credit card companies as a scam. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will keep posting anywhere I can so that everyone stays away from ordering from this company.
