Since the reviews for the seller are very positive, I decided for a direct approach over the company web site hoping to get better price.The communication with the seller was through emails. The deal was to pay 20%, they will order the watch and once they receive the watch (3 to 4 weeks) I will pay the rest and they send the item. Since the order was made in the second half of December I was prepared to take longer due to holidays, but this was not the case. After 4 weeks the seller contacted me that it is ready and I paid the rest. The item was sent from Latvia to my address in Romania so it was shipping within EU. It was sent by DHL Express and arrived the following day.I verified warranty card on Tag Heuer website and everything is ok. The warranty was activated exactly on the day the item was sent.Item that is received is genuine and in perfect condition (new) with box, travel pouch and warranty card as it should be.Based on all above, the experience is positive and I can only recommend the seller and give 5* rating.
