We purchased a timeshare through Timeshare Broker Services and our agent, Emran Ram, is phenomenal! This is the first time we’ve purchased a timeshare and Emran was invaluable throughout the process. Not only for his knowledge, but also his customer service. It’s rare to find a person with his level of honesty and integrity these days. Throughout the process, we felt that Emran cared about us personally, looked out for our best interests, and lived up to his word. He made us comfortable in moving forward with the purchase.However, there were issues with the closing company (Timeshare Closing Services, LLC) - some documents sent for closing were incorrect and they didn't seem to care when it was brought to their attention. We mentioned it to Emran and he was able to get the closing company to correct the documents so we could proceed with the sale. The closing company also did not honor the closing fee credit that we were due by returning all signed documents promptly during the closing process. On mentioning this to Emran, he contacted the closing company and provided the documentation that we did meet all of the requirements for the closing fee credit and the closing company started an investigation. However, Emran personally issued us the amount of the credit, saying that it wasn't fair for us to wait on the closing company's investigation. The closing company could take a lesson from Emran on how he deals with customers. If so, they could make the closing process more customer friendly.Bottom line: Emran Ram is OUTSTANDING! Honest, knowledgeable, diligent, with superb customer service skills! Highly Recommended!
