I bought a watch for my Dad's birthday and the watch doesn't work properly. It "skips" time basically. Customer service said I could send it back but I'd have to pay for the postage (which they would reimburse if they confirmed there was something wrong with the watch) and then they'd either repair it or send a new one. They then replied to say that another option would be for me to buy a new battery as sometimes the watches sit in storage units for a long time before being sent out. This isn't what you expect when you're buying a new product online. Either having to pay out of pocket to return items or pay for repairs to get a "brand new" watch to work. Terrible company.
