there were items left behind and i needed to rent a car to move them over afterwards, so extra expense. they said my husband confirmed that they were done. the problem with that is- i told the movers what was left to go. not my husband.they also charge$75 per half hour- so beware - there's better out there that charge half that.friendliness and customer service is def not their strong suit. we were very uncomfortable at how annoyed one of the movers behaved. (the one i told about the things that needed to go on the truck)
