Today, I collected my 2022 Suzuki Swift and the buying experience couldn’t have been any better. Ian is an absolute gentleman who quite clearly knows how to treat people and help them with choosing their next car. As a lady who has only had one previous car and doesn’t know much about them, I just want to highlight how brilliant Ian was at explaining all the new aspects of the car without being condescending or patronising. He was also so helpful on the test drive. There were also no hard sells of extended warranties, paint protection etc like you get at other garages. He gave me a great price on the PX of my old car and the whole process from spotting the car online to collecting didn’t even take 72 hours. Can’t recommend this garage enough and I will be returning every year for my MOT and Services!
