This is my 1st time ordering from Tinashe Hair. I was recommended thru a co-worker. Long story short, I had a very bad experience with a previous hair company whom I never ordered from. Moving forward, me ordering from Tinashe Hair had me nervous but I ordered. Immediately next day, I got my tracking number and updates unlike the other company. Even when the updates paused for a period of time, I reached out and they responded same day and continuously! Gave me an update on my order and come to find out it was coming NEXT DAY!! When I say I needed literally that day or I was going to be screwed. I AM A 1ST TIME BUYER AND AN ALWAYS BUYER FROM HERE ON OUT! 10/10 EXPERIENCE AND HAIR !! Beautiful and silky!!
