This has been the absolute worst experience. This is my second time purchasing only because I forgot how bad the first time went and I accidentally ordered from this site again I definitely did not mean to!!! So let’s get into what happened this time. I ordered my wig because they were running a special for Valentine’s Day stating I would receive my wig by then..well what do you know no hair and it’s 10 days since and still I do not have the hair. I honestly think this was is a scam because they start off with one shipping label and then give you a different shipping label a few days later. I asked for a refund and I was told they’re gonna urge FedEx to move faster knowing you cannot just urge anybody to move faster unless it was a one day service. The last wig I got was bulky shedded within a week and I believe had lice ..my face started breaking out I seen little eggs in the hair two days after wearing it. So this is the main reason I definitely was not going to order from them again.!!! the hair is still in the mail traveling as I make this post. I informed them I do not want the hair. I am out out of town for Valentine’s Day and I won’t even be back to receive the hair because I don’t know when it’s actually gonna come… I also said they can take it back. They can stop the delivery if they want to. I am not trying to get the hair and the refund. Trust me they can have their product back.!!
