This is the o ly hair company I will be using from now on and I haven’t even had the pleasure of trying on the newest wig i just purchased. I logged into my Tinashe website to find me a new wig, I wasn’t paying attention to the shipping address so I sent it to the wrong address. The next morning i woke up I sent Tinashe a email letting them know what I had done. They responded within 4 hours letting me know that they would do all they can to correct the address. Needless to say I got my hair! They were all so kind and so helpful throughout this process. I am grateful for Tinashe’s customer service which is why I will only buy from them from now on.
