My little one was cared for at the crèche services during the BSI conference in Liverpool. Our almost two year old is usually apprehensive of new places and people and I was frankly quite nervous, but Jean, Kieva and the team took so much care of her, making sure she was happy and comfortable, and engaging in activities. We received photos from each of the days and the many crafts received after the 4 days spent at the crèche were a testament of the many activities the littles were involved in. I was impressed with the amount of engaging and fun toys and activities which were set up, and I could see that the staff clearly loved their job. My little one talked for days afterwards of her new friends she made in Liverpool. Perhaps the only thing which could be better would be for staff to take lunch in turns so that to avoid a full closure of the crèche at noon - oftentimes that’s the nap time for babies and moving them could disturb their sleep and schedule. Secondly, facilities to store cold milk or food like a mini fridge, or to warm up food for littles like a bottle warmer and microwave could really help in serving the littles food. Otherwise all great!
