Very disappointed with quality of product and not even the item that was pictured on the website ! Made in China and extremely poor quality. Took ages to arrive and when we complained about receiving the wrong item customer service just gave us an address in China to return to (at our cost) or we could take a 30% refund - you are led to believe from the website that you are dealing with a European Product and a UK company - very misleading and quite deceitful - surprised they are still being allowed to trade particularly as the item didn’t have any safety standard markings. Needless to say would never use them again - and I will always check trustpilot before using any new companies in the future.
